4-H Project Food Safety
Bringing food projects to the fair is an annual event for many 4-H’ers. These unique 4-H foods and nutrition exhibits have their own special safety concerns: made the day before, brought out in the hot sun to a building in the country, tasted by a judge, and then put on display.
4-H Foods Judging Guide will help 4-H Judges and 4-H'ers learn the science behind the food projects they bring to the County and State Fairs. |
