The Nebraska Small Steps to Health and Wealth program is available from recorded session in 2009 or 2010. To received information about the program, e-mail spreston2@unl.edu. If you would like to participate as an individual or group, please let us know that you are doing so by using the group or individual registration form. Recorded versions were live presentations. You may download your material or order books from Sandy Preston for $20.00.
