Assessment Management/Program Insights
Faculty insight into student learning is arrived from a multitude of sources. The connectivity and cohesion of course and tie-in to the learning experience is the best assessment method. The cyclical nature of the process and the establishment of methods, collection of evidence, analysis of evidence and the implementation of change in to the system helps guide the department in this evolutionary process. Further evidence is reflected in the departmental ability to effectively advise students, enhance on campus, co-curricular and outside learning experience and the reflection of teaching abilities. While popularity of the program may be a measurement, the retention of students and completion of the program are stronger indicators.

| Input from University of Nebraska | Faculty will discuss new as well as updateded articulation agreements with the University of Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture (NCTA), Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR), College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CASNR).
