The Livestock and Poultry Environmental Learning Center is hosting a national conference from April 1 to 5, 2013. The focus is to integrate research, education and extension efforts related to managing environmental impacts of livestock and poultry production. They are striving for a multidisciplinary environment to "spread" the nation's best science and solutions. International Symposium on Agricultural and Agroindustrial Waste Management

The III SIGERA will connect the reality of production with the environmental thematic contributing to sustainability of Brazilian and world agriculture. During the symposium will be presented and discussed the most relevant scientific topics involving wastes from agricultural, livestock and agroindustrial activities. With this symposium Sbera renews the pionerism and the systemic view of the interrelation of production and environment.
