Enjoying Fresh Herbs at the Table

It's easy to add a little extra oomph to meals with the addition of fresh herbs. Examples in this meal include:
- Fresh parsley is minced and mixed into the egg salad sandwiches.
- A parsley garnish is added to the plate.
- Fresh dill is snipped into a yogurt, tomato and onion side dish.
- Thyme is used in an individual bouquet at the place setting.
And while you're gathering herbs for your meals, pick some for additional bouquets around the house. This bouquet is made from mint and lavender.
