New Accountability Report Process

Beginning January 1, 2012, Extension quarterly accountability information will be collected using Qualtrics, an online survey tool which will better automate data collection and tracking.

As in the past you will receive an email reminding you to complete your accountability report. That email will include a unique web site link that you can use to access your own accountability reporting form. From there, you will enter data as you have in the past. After the data is entered, you will receive an email with the summary of your quarterly efforts. If you have questions, please contact Sheryl Burbach sburbach2@unl.edu.

You will receive your first email requesting that you submit your quarterly accountability reports the first of January 2012.
