Cass County 4-H Enrollment Page & Information
Enrolling in the Cass County 4-H program for 2013 is as easy as opening either of the following .pdf files, printing it, filling it out, and sending it to the Extension office. Or the document can be completed on line and e-mailed to the office e-mail. At Cass County Extension Office, 8400 144th Street, Weeping Water NE 68463 or email cass-county@unl.edu. Deadline is April 1. After that date, please call the office.

Cass County asks all new 4-H leaders to fill out an enrollment form and mail it to the Extension office.
2013 Volunteer Enrollment form (pdf, 1 page, 45 kb)
All new volunteers are required to fill out a "Youth Protection 4-H Volunteer Screening form" with the Nebraska State 4-H program. This form can be filled out on-line, printed, signed and mailed directly to the State 4-H Office.
