When sending in contest entries, please include 1) the completed contest entry form(s), 2) the County Contest Summary form, and 3) one check for all of the contests. Remember, entries are due by
February 15, 2013!

Note: you now have a choice of printing off a pdf form and filling it out and mailing it in or you can fill out each form electronically you will need to mail in the check.
