Culinary Arts and Food Science

DISCOVER CULINARY ARTS AND FOOD SCIENCE
Learn new culinary arts skills and understand the science of food. Impress friends and family with your new culinary skills and knowledge. Explore local foods, food product development, knife and food preparation skills. Taught by the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences, the Department of Food Science and Technology and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Extension.
