Important Update for the South Central 4-H Summer Camping Schedule: Due to a property issue at the South Central 4-H Center near Alma, NE, we will not be able to host camp at that location this summer. Please see specific change details for each session below. This situation only impacts the South Central 4-H Center camping program. All summer programs at the Nebraska State 4-H Camp near Halsey and the Eastern Nebraska 4-H near Gretna will be offered as scheduled.

Sessions 600 and 601, County Sponsored Camps: Registration remains open for these sessions though the county Extension offices. We do plan to offer these sessions and are in the process of identifying alternative locations. Please contact the county offices hosting these sessions for more information.
Session 602/606, Summer Fun: This session has been cancelled and registration is closed. Similar sessions are available at the State 4-H Camp near Halsey and the Eastern Nebraska 4-H Center.
Session 603, Animals Inside and Out: This session has been cancelled and registration is closed. There will be similar experiences offered by county Extension personnel. Please contact your local Extension office for additional information.
Session 604, Ag-citing Adventures: This session has been cancelled and registration is closed. There will be a similar experience offered by county Extension personnel. Please contact your local Extension office for additional information.
Session 605/608, Waterbound: Registration remains open for this session. We will be hosting this session at Camp Comeca, near Cozad, Nebraska. Additional details will follow regarding arrival and departure times as well as a map to the location.
Session 607, Shooting Skills: Registration remains open for this session. We will be hosting this session at Camp Comeca, near Cozad, Nebraska. Additional details will follow regarding arrival and departure times as well as a map to the location.

Camperships
With the support of the Nebraska 4-H Foundation and its donors, we are able to offer a limited number of $100 Camperships to support participation of young people at the 2013 4-H Summer Camps. If you have a camper in need of such support we welcome your request. Camperships must be awarded prior to registration.
The application process for a Campership is simple:
Submit a request to Jill Walahoski via email or by mail with the following information:
- A request for Campership support. Please be sure to include the age and gender for each camper and the session each camper would like to attend.
- A brief statement from the parent of camper expressing why they would like to attend camp this summer.
