NPower Leadership Conference
NPower Leadership Conference is a premier partnership between 4-H, FFA, FBLA, FCCLA, DECA, SkillsUSA, HOSA, and Nebraska Human Resources Institute to provide a leadership development opportunity for all Nebraska youth leaders entering 6th – 12th grades.

- Catering to youth entering 6th - 12th grades
- Set up in a very sucessful tier system that will allow students to focus on leadership areas with fellow youth their own age
- Experiential activities, including low-elements ropes course activities
- Mentor-mentee partnerships with students at conference
- Focus on debeloping personal mission and goals
- Action plans to take infomration learned at conference home and share with other community members
